The Villa Park Community Services Foundation (VPCSF) is a 501(c)3 charitable, non-profit, organization established by the City of Villa Park in 2002. VPCSF is designed to increase the potential of citizen volunteerism and special events without major city expense.
Activities include the outdoor concerts, the Memorial Day weekend family picnic, the 4th of July parade, Free Concert in the (Villa) Park, Halloween Fest, the Santa Tour on a fire truck and the Dry Land Boat Parade. VPCSF also awards financial grants that provide funding to organizations that improve the qualify of life for residents of the City of Villa Park.

VPCSF Purpose
VPCSF is committed to planning, underwriting and presentation of safe recreational and educational activities for youth, adults and seniors. Other focal points are the procurements and coordination of community use and/or development of tangible resources. Partnering with the City of Villa Park, our local groups and schools plus organizations such as the Villa Park Women’s League and Rotary Club of Villa Park, promotes mutual support, genuine goodwill and increased volunteerism throughout the community.
