Located in the core of Anaheim, the Platinum Triangle is an 840-acre development that is in the midst of growing and offering more amenities in addition to the already solid lineup. The Platinum Triangle includes Angel Stadium, Honda Center, the ARTIC transportation hub, plus nearby Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Future plans include an ultimate combination of urban, commercial and residential development. The goal is to provide 28,000 residents with homes by building 19,000 apartments along with 14 million square feet of office space. There will also be 4.7 million square feet of commercial retail and hotel space. The district’s primary cross-streets are State College Blvd. and Katella Ave.

Platinum Triangle Retail & Commercial Developments
The area currently offers offices for businesses to expand into within a high-traffic area. Imagine walking or using public transit to work. This reduction of community time improves the general quality of life.
According to the city’s official site, the Platinum Triangle will support pedestrian accessible streets and bikeways, along with the nearby freeway system. The master land use plan has outlined its mixed use for the public by expanding its current site. Current infrastructure such as the connection between the Anaheim Resort, Angel Stadium, The Grove, Honda Center, Anaheim Convention Center, and Disneyland Resort to Platinum Triangle will be enhanced.
Currently available retail spaces provide shopping within walking distance. Plans have been made to construct more retail space to create greater economic opportunity for businesses to drive the local market. Residents will be able to shop and dine locally with new concepts like the Market Street location. Currently, some of the industrial building will continue to operate. Some buildings are moving to other locations to make way for the master planned, high-rise residential area with more apartment homes and lofts. It will be extremely convenient to be entertained within this vicinity with rideshare options making it easy to get around. Hotels will be built to provide amenities for everyone from local to international guests.
