Registration for the Spring 2027 season opens October 1, 2026. Families should use the official VPLL registration page for current availability, deadlines and fees.
Spring 2027 Important Dates
- October 1, 2026: Spring registration opens
- October 31, 2026: Early Bird registration ends ($15 off; ends 11:59 p.m.)
- November 14, 2026: Field Day at Cerro Villa fields (volunteer shifts 8:00 a.m.–noon or noon–4:00 p.m.; mandatory for coaches)
- December 15, 2026: Coaches Interest Form deadline
- January 1, 2027: Late registration begins ($75 late fee through January 10)
- January 9, 2027: Tryouts for upper divisions (AA and above)
- January 10, 2027: Spring registration closes
- February 27, 2027: Opening Day
- February 28, 2027: Picture Day
- March 29–April 3, 2027: Spring Break — no games
- April 10–16, 2027: Chuck Kibby Tournament
- May 15, 2027: Closing Ceremonies
Who Can Play Villa Park Little League?
VPLL serves players generally ages 4-14 based on Little League age, subject to current eligibility requirements. Eligibility can depend on a player’s age and residence or school location within the league’s boundaries. VPLL games are played at Cerro Villa Middle School, 17852 Serrano Ave., Villa Park.

Villa Park Little League Spring Evaluations
Spring 2027 tryouts for upper divisions AA and above are scheduled for January 9, 2027. Registered families will receive finalized tryout times by email. VPLL recommends that league-age 8 players try out for AA, although Single A may be a better fit for some newer players. Tryouts help the league evaluate players and create balanced teams.

What to Bring to VPLL Evaluations
- Baseball glove
- Appropriate baseball cleats
- Bat and batting helmet, if available
Evaluations may include throwing, fielding, catching and batting. Check VPLL’s current instructions before attending in case requirements or procedures have changed.
Villa Park Little League Divisions
VPLL offers divisions designed for different ages and levels of baseball experience. Current divisions include Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, Single A, AA, AAA, Majors, Intermediate (50/70), Junior League, Senior League and Challenger.
