The Villa Park Santa Tour by Fire Engine 2026 will be held Saturday, December 5, from 7:45 a.m. to 5:10 p.m. Santa and the Villa Park City Council Elves will travel throughout Villa Park aboard an OCFA fire engine, making stops around the city to hand out candy canes, hear children’s Christmas wishes and pose for family photos.

The Santa Tour traditionally includes 29 stops throughout Villa Park. The Villa Park Community Services Foundation notes that the 2026 tour will have new route stop times. About the Villa Park Santa Tour by Fire Engine
The Santa Tour by Fire Engine is a longtime Villa Park holiday tradition. Santa and the Villa Park City Council Elves travel through the city aboard an Orange County Fire Authority fire engine, stopping in neighborhoods along the route. At the stops, Santa greets families, hands out candy canes, listens to children’s Christmas wishes and poses for photos.
Residents often gather with neighbors along the route and listen for the fire engine as Santa approaches. Because the route and stop times can change from year to year, residents should check the current event information before heading to a stop.
Christmas Tree Lighting After the Santa Tour
December 5 is a full day of holiday traditions in Villa Park. After the Santa Tour concludes, the Villa Park Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is scheduled from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Residents can attend the Santa Tour during the day and continue the celebration at the evening tree lighting.
