Chapman University’s Winterfest and Doy’s Holiday Tree Lighting will be celebrated in November (Date TBA). Winterfest is a community event that is always free and open to the public.
The night kicks off at 5 p.m. with musical performances from the Chapman University Big Band, the lighting of Doy’s tree, free hot chocolate and cider, and photos with Santa. Bring your friends and family, and enjoy a holiday gift market, live music, a photo booth, free seasonal treats,
and some surprises.

About Doy’s Tree: The tree is named after Doy Henley, a Trustee of Chapman University and a long time donor to the University. It is the largest tree in Attallah Plaza.
About Attallah Plaza: Donna Attallah, is the named donor of the Atallah Piazza where the Winterfest takes place. Modeled to evoke the great Italian piazzas, it is the heart of the Chapman campus and serves as a gathering place for fellowship and celebrations.
