Check out the interesting OC Sheriff & OC Fire Authority vehicles and their functions along with the service of our CARE Ambulance and OC Animal Care. You can learn much more about our VP Neighborhood Watch program and the service organizations dedicated to our city, too!
Members of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and Fire Authority as well as merchants and community organizations will be present. The Neighborhood Watch will be on hand to answer questions, hand out “swag,” provide food and goodies, and foster familiarity with the agencies and entities that make Villa Park the safe and secure “Hidden Jewel”.
This is a family event with opportunities for the kids to learn about being “Officer Friendly” and respect due to law enforcement officials. Mark your calendars and “come on down” to the Towne Centre that evening to join with friends and neighbors in this always-fun community event.
National Night Out in Orange will be at Grijalva Park (368 N Prospect St, Orange, CA) on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. The City of Orange Police Department will host a free family event that provides the opportunity for the community and the police to come together to strengthen their partnership in fighting crime.
About National Night Out
National Night Out occurs on the first Tuesday of August and is an annual nation-wide crime prevention event promoting police-community partnership; crime, drug and violence prevention; safety; and neighborhood unity. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
