Villa Park’s Earth Day celebration will take place on Monday, April 22, 2024 with booths and electronic waste collection open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Participants are encouraged to plant greenery in their back yard or help pick up trash on Villa Park’s trails and walkways. There will be Villa Park Community Services booths located throughout the city awarding prizes for the most trash picked up plus more surprises. Plus, there will be free electronic waste collection pickup and although not related to this event a free compost giveaway will take place at Villa Park High School.
