Carnival Rides and Games
The 2026 Fiesta includes a full carnival midway with rides for different ages and thrill levels. The published lineup includes the Super Slide, Tea Cups, Motorcycles, Ghost Pirates, Sizzler, Orient Express, Zero Gravity, Zipper, Starship, Tornado, Ferris wheels and Super Shot. Carnival games include basketball, balloon darts, bean bag toss, Frogger, striker games, Hoopla, Ring a Duck, Tic Tac Toe and other midway games.
Food at the Fiesta
Food is a major part of the San Antonio Fiesta, with booths serving German, Vietnamese, Filipino, American, Mexican and barbecue dishes. Visitors can also find pastries, churros, popcorn, frozen lemonade, ice cream, coffee, soft serve and other snacks and drinks. Food and activity prices are generally listed in Fiesta tickets rather than dollars.
