The 2018 Orange Foundation Games will be on Friday, April 20th (middle school) and Saturday, April 21st (elementary) at Fred Kelly Stadium. The Foundation Games is a free, two-day youth track and field competition held annually in the City of Orange. Registration is open to elementary and middle school students attending public & private schools within the boundaries of OUSD. Divisions are based on year birth (2003-2011). Over 1800 students will participate with over 400 volunteers contributing the Foundation Games success. The meet, the largest qualifying junior track meet in California, is hosted by the Community Foundation of Orange.
The 2019 Foundation Games will not be held at Fred Kelly Stadium due to renovations that are expected to last until March 2020. No announcement has been made on where the games will be moved but there are unconfirmed reports that the Foundations Games will be cancelled.

Athletes who place 1st through 4th advance to the Southern California Municipal Athletic Federation (SCMAF) meet on May 5. The first four finishers at SCMAF qualify for the Regional Meet that will take place in June. The Southern California Municipal Athletic Federation (SCMAF) Meet will be held on Sunday May 20th at Estancia High. The cost is $15 . The top four finishers in each event overall will advance, with the exception of the 4 x 100 Relays and the 2005, 2006 and 2007 High Jump.
